The HR Consultancy was set up in 2013 by HR Consultant Angela Roberts to provide HR and Recruitment support across a wide range of sectors. We have developed a strong relationship with our clients ever since. We also have a range of services tailored to meet the needs of your individual business.
Our ability to offer quality HR expertise is a result of experience operating at a senior level in a wide variety of organisations, developing HR strategies and delivering change initiatives designed to enhance business performance. From managing an HR Department, providing Human Resource Support through to partnering with a business to attract the best employees for their company; it means our service is delivered from the position of understanding the organisation, analysing requirements and providing practical support and advice.
Meet the Team
Angela Roberts – Director
Angela has over 20 years experience in senior roles within Human Resource Support across different sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MBA, giving her a good understanding of how businesses work.
Kirsty Bradley – HR Manager
Kirsty is an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has worked in operational management roles giving her an appreciation of the challenges faced by managers.
Kirstin Inskip – HR Advisor
Kirstin is an experienced HR Officer with experience in generalist HR, recruitment, reward and shared services. She has Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of the Personnel and Development and has completed a post graduate diploma in HRM (Level 7 qualification). Previously she has worked in a variety of administrator roles in the private and public sector.
Hannah McCawley – HR Advisor
A Management Sciences graduate of Loughborough University, Hannah joined us originally on a year’s placement, and has rejoined as a Graduate Trainee HR Advisor. She is a qualified Associate Member of CIPD.
Emma Bygrave – HR, Marketing & Recruitment Assistant
Emma is a BA History graduate of the University of Warwick, joining us to focus particularly on our marketing and recruitment. She is currently working towards her CIPD qualification.

Kelly Milburn – Coaching and Harrison Assessments
Kelly is an expert in engaging people to be confident, to enhance their learning and develop their skills within their role. She excels in customer facing scenarios, building trust and strong relationships. She is passionate about using coaching as an engaging developmental tool.
Kelly offers coaching sessions and Harrison Assessments. Kelly is qualified in the use of DiSC, Harrison Assessment, and is also a Fellow of the CMI and HEA, and a member with the ABP & CIPD. She also recently co-authored a book, ‘Feel Good. Do Good. Work’.
