We are working with our client Procter and Chester (Measurements) Limited to find a Marketing Executive.

Established in 1983, PCM are a leading manufacturer in custom load cells, strain gauge installations and force calibration. We work closely with our customers providing unique engineered solutions in the force measurement field.
PCM are accredited to ISO9001 for quality and to UKAS 17025:2017 for force calibration.
Our team works with state-of-the-art machinery in a newly refurbished working environment using high specification equipment and computers. We work with exciting, high-profile customers and are considered to be at the cutting edge of our sector. PCM are established and experiencing a period of growth, with increasing opportunities for our team to be involved in ground-breaking new technologies and projects.
This is a brand new and very exciting Marketing Executive role with the opportunity to take full ownership of the entire scope of marketing activities for the organisation.
Our ideal candidate will have
A solid foundation of knowledge in Google Ads
Good digital content creation skills (photography, static graphics, animations, video editing)
Excellent written skills and a good understanding of targeted marketing
Experience with managing SEO/PPC processes
A good working knowledge of email marketing (Mailchimp)
Experience of managing a portfolio of social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X
The ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
Knowledge of website development and HTML coding
The Role will include:
Standing over Google Ads; managing budgets, producing reports, developing new adverts, implementing keywords and developing bidding strategies
Managing the company’s digital offering, recommending actions to maximise ROI and providing accurate reporting to the Director
Developing quarterly newsletters and technical content, maintaining the contact database and reporting on relevant data produced
Managing the company social media accounts undertaking all aspects of community management
Requirements
GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or above with demonstrated experience.
1-2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
Able to work unsupervised, as part of a team with the ability to prioritise and solve problems
What We Offer
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000, Permanent, Full-Time.
Holidays : 25 days per annum + bank holidays.
37.5 Hour Working Week: Monday-Thursday: 8:30-17:00, Friday: 8:30-14:30.
Office based.
