About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for generating and driving engagement with potential clients. Identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in fuelling our sales pipeline and driving business growth.
About Your Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., online research, social media, industry events).
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their needs and potential fit with our products/services.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects and generate interest.
Schedule meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
About You
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A professional telephone manner
Friendly, charming and honest
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools although training will be provided
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to see results
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Resilient and happy to just ‘get on with it’
Be prepared to act with purpose, care and consistency
Benefits:
Basic pay of FTE £26K to £28k p/a depending on experience (pro rata for part time)
5-10K Performance related bonus based on successfully boarded clients
