Taxi Base Operator

The HR Consultancy are working with a very busy taxi company based in Rugby.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable individual to be a Taxi Telephone Base Operator for this friendly and welcoming company.

The shifts will be during the week and/or at weekends with some working hours during the week to cover for holidays and sickness.

The right candidate will be committed, have excellent communication skills and have a good knowledge of Rugby and the surrounding areas.

The main tasks will be answering calls from the public and from our existing clients, dispatching vehicles and providing excellent customer service to anyone enquiring about our services.

A DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate and full training will be provided.

This is an office based role in Rugby town centre.
