The HR Consultancy was established in 2013 by HR Professional Angela Roberts, to provide HR and recruitment support across a wide range of sectors. Since then, we have developed strong relationships with our clients. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of your business.

Our ability to offer quality HR expertise is a result of our experience of operating at a senior level in a wide variety of organisations, developing HR strategies and delivering change initiatives designed to enhance business performance. From managing an HR department and providing support through to partnering with a business to attract the best employees for their company - it means our service is delivered from the position of understanding the organisation, analysing requirements and providing practical support and advice.

Director
Angela Roberts
Angela has over 20 years experience in senior roles within Human Resources support across different sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MBA, giving her a good understanding of how businesses work.

HR Manager
Sarah Stallard
Sarah is an experienced HR Business Partner who recently joined the team as HR Manager. She holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification and is currently studying for a CIPD Advanced Diploma. With a background in both operational management and specialist HR roles, Sarah brings a strong understanding of strategic HR partnering and a practical approach to people management.
Senior HR Advisor
Laura Hill
Laura Hill is a BSc Psychology graduate of Aston University. She has completed her CIPD Level 3 Qualification and is currently studying for her CIPD Level 7 qualification. In addition to HR, she is also responsible for managing our online presence and marketing our services and our key partners.
HR Advisor
Laura Deas
Laura Deas is an experienced HR Advisor. She is qualified to CIPD Level 3 and is currently studying for her CIPD Level 5 qualification. Laura provides valuable support with all aspects of HR and recruitment.

Ella Parks
Ella is an experienced HR advisor with a strong background in both in-house and consultancy roles. She is CIPD qualified to Level 5 and brings practical expertise and a thoughtful, solutions focused approach to help organisations get the best out of their people.

Becca Daws
Becca is a Law graduate of the University of Leeds. She is now studying for her CIPD Level 5 qualification. Becca is responsible for supporting and assisting the team with all aspects of HR and recruitment.
