The HR Consultancy was established in 2013 by HR Professional Angela Roberts, to provide HR and recruitment support across a wide range of sectors. Since then, we have developed strong relationships with our clients. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of your business.

Our ability to offer quality HR expertise is a result of our experience of operating at a senior level in a wide variety of organisations, developing HR strategies and delivering change initiatives designed to enhance business performance. From managing an HR department and providing support through to partnering with a business to attract the best employees for their company - it means our service is delivered from the position of understanding the organisation, analysing requirements and providing practical support and advice.

This is our team of expert HR advisors. We are all professionally qualified in Human Resources, and are members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Angela Roberts - The HR Consultancy

Director

Angela Roberts

Angela has over 20 years experience in senior roles within Human Resources support across different sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MBA, giving her a good understanding of how businesses work.

HR Business Partner

Kirsty Bradley

Kirsty is an experienced HR and Recruitment manager, and an Associate of the CIPD. She has worked in operational management roles, giving her an appreciation of the challenges faced by managers.

Senior HR Advisor

Hannah McCawley

Hannah is a Management Sciences graduate of Loughborough University, joining us originally on her placement year and then re-joining us as a HR Advisor. She has since become an Associate Member of the CIPD, has completed her Level 7 CIPD qualification and has become a Senior HR Advisor.

Laura Hill

Laura is a BSc Psychology graduate of Aston University. She has completed her CIPD Level 3 Qualification and has recently began studying for her CIPD Level 7 qualification. In addition to HR, she is also responsible for managing our online presence and marketing our services and our key partners.

Emily Perrin

Emily is a Sociology graduate of  The University of Nottingham. She has completed her CIPD Level 3 Qualification and is now studying for her CIPD Level 5 qualification. She is responsible for supporting the team with completing all HR and recruitment services.
