Physio First is a UK-wide organisation representing over 2,000 private practice physiotherapists. It brings members together to support self-employed practitioners, their staff, and patients. The organisation has evolved to meet the needs of a changing healthcare market and is run by its members. It helps practices demonstrate patient outcomes, share expertise, access trusted partners, and develop professionally, commercially, and personally.

Kelly's expertise is in enabling people to make great choices, enhance their learning and develop and evolve their skills.

As a performance coach, Kelly continues to work on her own professional development and is particularly interested in Appreciative Inquiry, Design Thinking, Systems coaching and a strengths-based approach.
Kelly is a Fellow of the CMI and HEA and is an independent assessor of level 7 apprentices. To support her work in these areas, she is qualified in the use of DiSC and Harrison Assessment and is also a member of the AoC, ABP & CIPD. Harrison Assessments recently won an award for excellence in the Best Advance in Technology for the Remote Workforce. Kelly wraps this entire package up in a layer of strategic thinking coupled with a sense of fun, enthusiasm and a passion for exploration.

We are partnered with Lisa Whittleton, Director at Illuminate VR Services as our wellbeing specialist. Based locally in Kenilworth, we have known Lisa for many years and have similar values, recognising that each organisation is unique and requires a bespoke service.
Lisa has a background in Occupational Psychology and is passionate about creating happy, healthy workplaces where individuals can maintain positive wellbeing and thrive. Much of her knowledge and experience comes from her vocational rehabilitation work supporting individuals with a range of health conditions to get back on track. She is an engaging facilitator and trainer who offers a range of workshops in mental health & resilience as well as supporting senior leadership teams to think about wellbeing more strategically.
