Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our team, to help manage the customer journey from enquiry through to invoice, providing high quality support.

The role is based at FarGo Studios, Coventry. You will join the team on a full-time, permanent basis and, in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.

Flick Learning is an established and highly successful e-learning provider to the education, early years, charity, public, manufacturing, food, leisure, and corporate sectors. Our library of courses enables organisations to meet all of their compliance-related online training needs.

We operate a subscription service giving access to our growing library of 80+ playful, quirky, and dare we say, enjoyable(!) e-learning courses. Our courses are built in either Captivate or HTML.

Key responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator:

  • Responding to incoming support enquiries by phone, email, and live chat,

  • Responding to post-sales queries and supporting customers to continue to use our system,

  • Maintaining customer records within the CRM system,

  • Coordinating account set-ups on our learning management system,

  • Providing technical assistance where required,

  • Management of accounts post sale,

  • Managing our live chat function after-hours, on a rotational basis.

Skills, attributes, and experience of the ideal Client Services Administrator:

  • Excellent customer service skills, and preferably some experience in a customer-facing environment,

  • Strong communication skills – verbally and written,

  • Good telephone manner,

  • Highly IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office,

  • Preferably some experience using a CRM system,

  • A positive, can-do attitude and approach to work,

  • Familiarity with e-learning would be desirable.
