Fulfilment Operative

We are working with PackSmart to recruit for an enthusiastic and energetic Fulfilment Operative to join their warehousing team.

PackSmart are a Midlands based fulfilment and warehousing company servicing the needs of sole traders and SME’s. They are specialists within the music, drinks and sports industries where they are dedicated to exceeding expectations, driving change and developing innovative solutions in a new and evolving era of digital retail and ecommerce fulfilment.

About the Role:

The Fulfilment operative will be a key part of the team assisting with day-to-day operations and warehousing duties.

This person will be a proactive individual who is able to work well within a team.

PackSmart are recruiting for part-time and full-time positions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing warehousing duties

• Offloading trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse

• Picking and packing items for shipment

• Required to operate warehouse machinery (training will be provided)

• Adhering to health and safety practices.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience in a fulfilment operative role (not essential)

• Have a good understanding of warehousing procedures (not essential)

• A keen and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn

• Able to lift heavy objects

• Able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
