Job Description
Nu Age Heating & Interiors are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Heating Manager & Estimator to take ownership of both the reactive and installation sides of our heating division.
This is a senior role for someone who genuinely cares about the quality of the job, the finish, the customer journey and the overall experience we provide. We need someone who takes ownership, notices the details others miss and follows jobs through properly from initial enquiry to completion and aftercare.
The role covers a wide range of services, including:
Boiler installations and full heating systems.
Boiler servicing, breakdowns and fault finding.
Gas safety inspections and reactive heating repairs.
Air conditioning installations.
Air source heat pumps and renewable energy.
Underfloor heating and unvented cylinders.
You will be responsible for carrying out surveys and producing accurate quotations, providing technical support to engineers, overseeing workmanship and quality standards, supporting the management of the heating team and helping ensure jobs are delivered efficiently and profitably.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the heating industry, strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills and the confidence to support and manage experienced engineers. Experience with air conditioning and renewable technologies would be highly advantageous.

What we offer
Additional holiday days per year up to 8 years, following 3 years' service
2pm finishes on Friday throughout the summer months from June to September.
