Job Description
We are working with Keystone London who have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join their growing Company based in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the role:
This position ensures smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams by managing schedules, handling documentation, and providing administrative support across the business. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating appointments and installations, processing orders and invoices, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Up to £30k per annum
Full time, Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
Preferred experience and skills:
Experience as an administrator (preferred)
Booking/scheduling
Good telephone manner
Good time management skills
Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
Good attention to detail
Experience working with Xero (preferred)
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be in the office full time.
